2 Traffic Impact and circulation study for ITC Green Centre Campus, Bangalore M/s. ITC Limited Central Projects Organization Project Office (Jagruthi Building) No: 18 Banaswadi Main Road Maruthiseva Nagar, Bengaluru – 560005 6 Months Master plan level traffic impact assessment of the proposed phase 1, 2, 3, and 4 of ITC campus (considering all buildings from 1 to 7) • Assessing level of service (LOS) on roads inside and adjoining the ITC campus based on the estimated traffic loadsand suggest road improvement measures to maintain a given LOS, wherever possible • Preparation of traffic and pedestrian circulation plan for building 1 and 2 and incremental impact of building 3 and 4 under phase 2, including signages required. • Review of the existing parking plans, and other circulation provisions/plans in the existing master plans within the ITC campusfor all phases, if any, and propose improvements. •Propose possible ways to reduce traffic loads in present and near future and ways to integrate with upcoming Bangalore metro rail station near the ITC campus.
